Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 September 2026
Your wallet is your account. This policy explains what we collect when you use zeroX.fun or the ZeroX.Fun app, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
1. Who we are and what this covers
This policy describes how zeroX ("we", "us") handles information when you use the zeroX.fun website and the ZeroX.Fun mobile app for iOS and Android (together, the "Service"). The Service is a non-custodial interface for creating and trading tokens on the Somnia blockchain.
We never receive or store your private keys, seed phrases or wallet passwords. Transactions are signed inside your own wallet application.
2. Information we collect
- Wallet information: the public address of the wallet you connect, and the cryptographic signature of the sign-in message you approve. The address is your account identifier.
- Profile information you choose to provide: display name, avatar image, bio and social links.
- Content you publish: tokens you create (name, symbol, description, logo, links), comments and chat messages, favourites, follows and price alerts you set.
- Device and usage information: IP address, device type, operating system and app version, timestamps and request logs used for security, rate limiting and debugging.
- Mobile app diagnostics: crash reports and aggregated usage analytics (Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics), and a push notification token if you enable notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
- Website storage: cookies and browser storage that remember your display settings, wallet connection state and sign-in session.
Trades, token launches and other on-chain actions are recorded on the public Somnia blockchain together with your wallet address. That record is created by the blockchain, is visible to anyone and cannot be altered or deleted by us.
3. How we use information
- To operate the Service: authenticate you, show profiles, tokens and activity, and keep data in sync in real time.
- To deliver features you ask for, such as price alerts, follow notifications and favourites.
- To protect the Service: prevent abuse and fraud, enforce rate limits and investigate security incidents.
- To fix crashes and improve performance and usability.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running a secure service, and your consent where you enable notifications or where consent is otherwise required.
4. Who we share information with
- Infrastructure providers that host and deliver the Service: Vercel (website), Render and Cloudflare (API), and Microsoft Azure Blob Storage (uploaded images).
- Google Firebase for crash reporting, analytics and push notifications in the mobile app.
- WalletConnect / Reown, which relays the encrypted connection between the Service and your wallet app.
- Blockchain networks and public RPC providers when you submit a transaction.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of users or the public.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertising networks.
5. How long we keep information
Profile and activity data is kept while your account exists. Server logs and diagnostics are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting, then deleted or anonymised. Information published on the blockchain is permanent and outside our control.
6. Your choices and rights
- You can edit your profile at any time in the Service.
- You can disable push notifications in your device settings or in the app.
- You can disconnect your wallet at any time; this ends your session.
- You can delete your account and the profile data we hold at any time in the ZeroX.Fun app under Settings > Security > Delete Account. You can also ask us through the support channels listed at /support/ or by emailing support@zerox.fun; we will ask you to prove control of the wallet first. On-chain data cannot be deleted.
- Depending on where you live (for example the UK, EU or California) you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise them.
7. Security
Traffic between your device and the Service is encrypted. Sign-in uses a message signed by your wallet rather than a password, and we hold no funds or keys. No online service is completely secure, so keep your wallet software and device up to date and never share your seed phrase.
8. International transfers
Our providers may process information in the United States, the European Union and other countries. Where required we rely on recognised transfer safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the Service, contact us and we will remove the data.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. The "Last updated" date shows the current version; material changes will also be announced in the Service.
