Terms of Service

By using the zeroX.fun website or the ZeroX.Fun mobile app (the "Service") you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding contract, and not located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where using the Service or trading digital assets is prohibited. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax obligations.

The Service is a non-custodial software interface to smart contracts deployed on the Somnia blockchain. It lets users create tokens on a bonding curve, trade them, and view market data. We do not hold, control or transmit your funds or private keys; every transaction is prepared in the Service and signed and broadcast by your own wallet.

Transactions on a blockchain are irreversible. Check every detail in your wallet before you confirm. We cannot cancel, reverse or refund a transaction.

Your account is identified by your wallet address and secured by your wallet. You are solely responsible for keeping your wallet, seed phrase and device secure. Anyone who controls your wallet controls your account. We may suspend or restrict accounts that breach these Terms.

• Tokens on the Service are created by users, not by us. We do not review, endorse or guarantee any token, creator or project.
• Digital assets are highly volatile and may lose all of their value. Only use funds you can afford to lose.
• Bonding-curve pricing, liquidity migration and network conditions can change quickly; the price shown before you confirm may differ from the price executed.
• Smart contracts and blockchain networks can contain bugs or suffer outages. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
• Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

You keep ownership of the profile information, token details, images and messages you publish, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content as part of operating and promoting the Service. You confirm you have the rights to publish it.

You must not publish content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonates any person or project, is deceptive or manipulative, is hateful or harassing, contains malware, or is sexually explicit. We may remove content and restrict accounts at our discretion.

• Market manipulation, including wash trading, spoofing and coordinated pump-and-dump schemes.
• Attacking, probing, overloading or circumventing the security or rate limits of the Service or its providers.
• Scraping or bulk-collecting data, or using automated agents in a way that degrades the Service for others.
• Using the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud or any other unlawful purpose.
• Interfering with other users or misrepresenting your affiliation with us.

Transactions require network fees paid to the blockchain and may include protocol fees that are displayed before you confirm. Wallet apps, block explorers, RPC providers and links to other websites are operated by third parties under their own terms; we are not responsible for them.

The Service, including its software, design, branding and content we create, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use it only as permitted by these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Market data may be delayed or incorrect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees and providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, digital assets, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, any token or transaction, or the conduct of any third party. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, if any.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, or remove content, at any time if we believe these Terms have been breached, if required by law, or to protect the Service and its users. Because the Service is non-custodial, your assets remain in your wallet regardless of any suspension.

We may change or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date shows the current version and continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
